International Women’s Day - Our Women. Meet Carol and Belinda.
OUR WOMEN. With International Women’s Day this week, we celebrate the achievements of the strong, female leaders at @hotelgosford and Harris & Narvo Hotels.
Introducing Carol Wilson & Belinda Hall, our hotel group office and administration team.
Carol, a Central Coast local, has worked for our organisation for 10 years. Initially hired as a bookkeeper, Carol’s role has grown significantly over the years. She is now our Group Accountant and Administration Manager, with a broad range of responsibilities including accounting, payroll, HR and venue support.
A proud single mother, partner and passionate leader, Carol loves to keep busy and finds her motivation is stimulated by learning new skills, traveling, and exploring her own backyard.
Influenced by strong female leaders early in her career, Carol hopes the industry continues to evolve with more equal representation of females in leadership positions as she believes “women can be inspiring role models and bring a different perspective to the organisation”.

Belinda joined our group team nine years ago, with a total of 27 years working in hospitality. Belinda wears many hats within our group, working across POS management, administration and venue support.
As a mother, grandmother and manager, Belinda is motivated by constant learning, both in and out of the workplace. As someone who is passionate about the growth of her team, Belinda is proud to see women taking on middle management and supervisory roles and treating hospitality as a rewarding career choice, not just casual employment.

We are so lucky to have both Carol and Belinda in our organisation, and we along with the other of the venues in our group thank them for all their years of hard work, drive and determination.
