Our philosophy is all about serving classic food but with a twist. The new menu features a selection of pub meals we all know and love including fresh salads and locally sourced best seafood, tender steaks, and rotisserie meats.
We pride ourselves on our capacity to make so many elements of our dishes in house – that’s why don’t write ‘homemade’ on our menus, we don’t have to – it always is!
At Earl’s Kitchen, our team source a variety of ingredients from local suppliers, growers and producers. Hotel Gosford loves the community, loves the Central Coast and loves engaging and supporting other local business owners as much as possible.
Consider yourself a beer connoisseur? We’re happy to say you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to beverages at Hotel Gosford. We have 78 taps rotating 32 different brews across our three bars, featuring all of the iconic ales along with an impressive range of boutique and independent craft beers.
When it comes to our wine list, we have a wide variety of locally sourced and hand picked labels – and our bar team are always on hand with their pairing suggestions. Feeling like a cocktail?
